The work itself
Most of this job is showing up and paying attention
The clinical parts are trainable. What we cannot train is turning up on time in February, noticing that something is different today, and saying so. If that is how you work, we would like to hear from you.

Positions we hire for
Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant
Hands-on personal care, companionship and daily living support for clients in their own homes, following an individualized care plan.
- Caregiving experience preferred, not required
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a Minnesota background study
- Compassionate, dependable, punctual
Registered Nurse (RN) / LPN
Care plan development, delegation and oversight for clients receiving skilled or clinical services under our Comprehensive Home Care License.
- Active Minnesota RN or LPN licence
- Home care or community health experience a plus
- Comfortable with delegation and plan oversight
- Strong communication with clients and families
